Send us your iPhone
Package your iPhone and send it to us at the address via the method given to you on completion of your order.
Diagnose and repair
One of our trained technicians will repair your device. We will keep you informed throughout the repair.
Receive your iPhone.
We will return your phone via the method you chose at checkout. You should receive your device after 24 to 72 hours.
It is unlikely that data may be lost during a screen repair, but we strongly recommend you backup your phone with iTunes, before sending it to us. As we do not accept any responsibility for data loss.
Please send your phone to us without password/unlocked, as we will check the functionality of your phone before and after screen replacement. The device should be intact with all parts assembled. Any phones that arrives in a condition that looks like a previous repair attempt has been done, or arrives disassembled with detached screen, or with any missing parts, including water damage etc will be returned unworked on at your expense. However we will contact you if there is any issues found with your Samsung phone before returning or making any repairs.
We also offer a 6 month warranty for all work carried out. Plus all our parts come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty.
