Receive your Tablet.

Once its ready we will return your iPad via the method you chose at checkout. You should receive your device after 3 – 5  working days, Or 24 hours if you call into our store.

Please Note:

It is unlikely that data may be lost during a screen repair, but we strongly recommend you backup your iPad with iTunes before sending to us. As we do not accept any responsibility for data loss.

Please send your iPad to us without password/unlocked, as we will test all functionalities of your iPad before and after screen replacement. The device should be intact with all parts assembled. Any devices that arrives in a condition that looks like a previous repair attempt has been done, or arrives disassembled with detached screen, or with any missing parts, including water damage etc will be returned unworked on at your expense. However we will contact you if there is any issues found with your iPad before returning or making any repairs.
We also offer a 90 Day warranty for all work carried out.
